Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Don't put off a project for your home if you can afford it, or we able to make it affordable for you now. Damage worsens over time, and prices rise regularly. Updating your home is important in order to keep with current neighborhood values. Most people find out too late when they are looking to sell that their outdated home is simply not in a condition that buyers want.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Make sure to choose a contractor who has a good reputation and carries proper insurance and licensure. How much is enough insurance? Will a $100,000 policy cover the damages to your home if something goes awry? Does the company have an office that you can go visit if you have any concerns? Do they provide a written ironclad workmanship warranty? These things cost money, and tend to make the prices a bit higher than the guy working out of his pickup truck that offered you a lower bid. Is it worth the risk? Going with the lowest bidder can sometimes cost you more in the long run.

Are you licensed?
Yes, we are licensed as a Class A General Contractor for the State of Missouri.
Do you use subcontractors?
Yes, we subcontract most of our work. The workers we use are carefully vetted and have to have years of experience before they are considered. We have at least 4 years experience working with each of our current crews. Most contractors subcontract their crews, even if they work exclusively with that contractor, for tax and payroll purposes. It helps keep our overhead down, translating then to lower prices for our customers!
