We are a full-service LICENSED roofing company. We offer professional repair and replacement options for most roof systems, including shingle, EPDM, TPO, elastomeric coatings, and our specialty, modified bitumen (commonly called rubber roofs) flat roof applications (torch applied), cold process (mop applied), self adhering, etc.
We also offer extremely competitive pricing and longer labor guarantees. We offer the best-possible material warranties, but honestly, most roofing materials will outlast their respective warranty plans when applied properly, which brings us back to the labor guarantee being one of the most important factors of roof replacement, and that guarantee is only as good as the company providing the guarantee.
Our low-slope roof systems, on average, will save you 25%-50%, and we only use the best materials installed by our company (no subcontractors).
If you are in need of emergency or nonemergency roof repairs on any type of roof (pitch or low slope), worn-out material, storm damage, etc., we offer professional service and quality at prices well-below others.
If you are buying or selling a home and required to obtain an FHA roof certification, we offer residential inspection services for a flat fee of $150.00 (shingle or flat roof) and will offer repairs at discounted prices if repairs are necessary to meet FHA requirements.

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. We specialize in torch applied Modified Bitumen Membrane low slope (flat) roof systems. Our commercial projects can lead us anywhere throughout the region while our residential roofs tend to lead us into the South St. Louis area of the city.
