I am a certified teacher and have nearly 5 years of tutoring experience. I have worked for private tutoring companies and for myself in that time. I possess a master's degree in education and a bachelor's degree in biology. My particular strengths lie in math/science subjects, but I also have extensive experience teaching the critical reading and writing sections of the SAT. Specifically, I have tutored SAT, ACT (all subjects), chemistry, biology, math (through Algebra II), essay writing, grammar, reading comprehension, and general study skills/learning strategies that apply to all disciplines. I am a very well-rounded scholar, and in my teaching/tutoring career, I have worked for children as young as 6 all the way through adult learners.
