- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price higher than most others on this platform but we offer professional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An in-person estimate is required for all new customers. In lieu of a walk-through of the property, photographs are accepted in special circumstances. After walk-through, a firm estimate is provided and sent. Contracts are available upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience consulting small businesses on payments, operations, technology, and more. I use this experience to provide things like an online booking tool, recurring invoices, keeping a card on file, and other ways to make the experience easy. You can learn how to clean a window in 5 minutes, which I did. And I do very well now. I enjoy it too. But the main thing that sets us apart is the embrace of technology and ease of use for our customers.
