Introduction
I am a certified hatha and yin yoga teacher. I offer basic hatha instruction with much emphasis on anatomy, skeletal structure and breathing. I also offer full yin classes and yin/vinyasa. Yin is a wonderful addition to any hatha practice as it emphasizes opening the joints and deep slow, meditative stretching which will enhance your range of motion in all other forms of yoga. I am also a licensed clinical therapist and offer yoga/body-awareness training as a therapeutic tool to reduce anxiety or depression, heal trauma and build self-confidence.
