We've been having problems with our PC for a while now. We called Farrar Tech for service and was responded to right away. Ask a lot of questions. If you get the feeling that the tech doesn't understand what they are talking about or speaking in terminology that you don't understand then it may be time to call shenanigans on them. A good tech will be able to explain exactly what they are doing at any given time in terminology that the customer can understand.
