1. Inquiry 2. Follow up with client 3. Make sure I’m available for your special day 4. Discuss what’s important to you 5. Start the booking process with a retainer 6. Send over contract for client to sign 7. Send questionnaire over to client 45 days prior to wedding date. 8. Collect final payment if necessary 30 days prior to wedding date 9. Capture your big day!
