Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Check them out thoroughly. Look at the products they have provided to other customers. Ask for referrals. Also, if the price is well below competitors, be careful. Over 50% of our new clients have come from a provider that did not give them the product they had paid for.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It's important to be able to make changes to your website without having to call or pay extra for that. We offer Content Managed Websites that allow the owner to easily change their content on their website.
Print products: You will get a much better product if you order your products offset instead of digital printing.
Graphic Design: Have a good idea of what you want, but also accept some guidance from professionals on how to get the attention of prospective business.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long have you been in business? Are you licensed? Do you have some referrals? Are you involved in any clubs or memberships locally? What are your hours? What are your standards for service when there is a problem (for example, if a website goes down on a Friday night, will someone be available)? Do you deliver print products? Do you offer discounts for multiple services?
