My installer has 30 years of experience installing audio and video system from simple stereo systems to home theater systems to complex whole-house systems. He can diagnose and repair problems, give consultations to help decide on new components or systems. He will cheerfully install components you have bought elsewhere, or that you already have. Of course, we also offer new components, if that's what you want.
