Keep your word. There was a verbal agreement and nothing in writing. Sharon told me $500 to clean the whole house and I asked her several times if that was for the whole house and she confirmed. When Sharon and Jameiko came on May 3, 2024, they sprayed disinfectant everywhere in the great room (brick, vinyl flooring, tile, wood baseboards.) They did not vacuum beforehand. Sharon used a big string mopping on the baseboards and tried to pick up pet hair and dust, leaving a lot gunk behind. They half dusted some of the surfaces and ran the mop over all the floors in the front of the house, then down the hall and into two bathrooms (nothing was vacuumed first.) When I questioned the amount of work done in two hours by two people, I was told that it was a preliminary. cleaning and they would come back to do the details for only $400 more! I argued that mopping and dusting was not worth the $500. If you hire these people, get it I writing.
