I mostly code webpage layouts according to customer's needs. I will do some limited graphics if needed. Forms, eCommerce, sitemap and more can be made as long as they have limited customization where no PHP coding needs to be written. PHP and some graphics may be sub-contracted out.
Contract signing is required for work over $150. 25% of base price is require upfront (non-refundable).

A. Many clients want just a rework of their sites which involves updating HTML/CSS code, adding new graphics or adding a feature they need like a sitemap or form. A few just want content updated and additional pages made.
