I perform all web services including domain registration, web hosting, web and graphic design and cloud servers.

Whether you need a simple business card or a full website and hosting, Designing Desoto is your one-stop shop.

Some of my services include:

* Web Design-web design prices start at $150
* Hosting-hosting starts at $5/month
* Domain Registration-free with design or hosting, $15 if bought without hosting or design.
* Logo Design-unlimited drafts, pricing starts at $75.
* Flyer Design-prices start at $25 and include design files
* Business Card Design-pricing on business cards varies with complexity and whether you need printing as well. Business cards can be added into any package at a reduced fee.
* Cloud Servers-store files, put your desktop out on the cloud, increase the security for your business or personal files.

Designing Desoto also provide dedicated servers and VPS servers.

I am local to the Desoto County and Memphis area, so I can arrange to come, and sit down with you, and discuss your web service needs. You are a person, not a number with Designing Desoto.

My pricing is fair and well within market range, but quite often, much lower than some of the "do-it-yourself" sites and a lot more effective. I can work with almost any website or design budget and strive to keep your costs down while still providing a quality website or graphic print.

I provide full support for all services and do not farm work out to third parties.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Know what you want. Look around at your competitors and see what you do and don't like about their sites. Think about how you might improve upon what has already been done. Also, know your budget. Think about colors and ask your customers what THEY might like in your site.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Price check your area. If one company starts putting down another, it usually means they aren't very good themselves. If a price sounds too good to be true, ask questions about whether you are locked in at that price or if your rates will change.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. What services do you provide?
What are the TOTAL costs?
Will you be around when I need support later?
Where are your servers located?
Do you sub-contract work out?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. 1. Budget
2. Color Schemes
3. Examples of what they like and what they don't like.
4. Time frame for completion. If it is a rush job, it is usually going to cost you more or quality may suffer.
5. Content. Think about your customers and what you need them to know. Remember that this is a 24/7/365 advertisement for your business. It is an important investment and one that you need to decide what you want to get across to your customers when they first open your site.
6. Navigation. There is nothing more frustrating than to open a site and not be able to find important details right away.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I strive to be honest, fair, and provide everything the customer needs to be successful in their online endeavor. For many this is a first time experience or they have had a bad experience in the past and my goal is to make it very easy and walk them through each step of the way. I provide a more personal service than some of the big names.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Working with and meeting people from all over the nation. I've met people from all walks of life and have enjoyed getting to know each and every one of them. Many have become friends as well. Then there is the personal satisfaction of knowing you are helping another achieve success with their website or graphic.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I am constantly learning new techniques and new software. This business requires that you stay on top of new technologies and security methods.

Q. What is your greatest strength?

A. My greatest strength would be that by engaging a customer in conversation about their business, I can usually get a general idea about what they want, even before they know what they want. I also understand that sometimes when the site or design is finished that they may completely change their mind and try to work with them to make sure they are happy with the site.
