Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Always hire an electrician who has a valid license. Hire a master electrician not a journeyman electrician. Get a written estimates. Ask for references(previous clients) Have him inspect the job before doing it.If he wants to give a quote without seeing it,find someone else. Most importantly, make sure everything works before the electrician leaves your home.If something doesn't look right or work proper have him fix it right then and there, If he can't fix it that day, then tell him that he will be paid upon final completion of the job

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. We get alot of calls it would be hard to list all the information home owners will need. But I'll list a few things if the power is out to more than half your home and none of the 220 volt circuits work ,it may be a transformer check with neighbors to see if they are having the same promblems if so call your power company.(MLG&W) If just a few things aren't working make a list of what, where and how many. The brand name and type of panel is helpful. If any other work has been done lately even if it's on the other side of the house it could save alot of time

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Prompt responce,up front pricing, scheduled appointment times, clean courteous electricians, drug test and back ground testing done on all technicians

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Every day is different, from simple service calls to emergency service.I like problem solving and high tech troubleshooting and leaving a customer's home knowing they feel better and that their wiring system is working safely. Alot of our clients come from word of mouth as satisfied customers tell others, that is the greatest compliment to our staff.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. The most commonly asked question I get has nothing to do with electrical work, I get alot of if your name isn't Max how did you come up with the name? Max is short and to the point. I didn't start out wanting to be a basic, standard or just an OK electrical contractor. Max is short for maximum and any thing less is unacceptable.
