About
We provide catering with a personal touch. Our food preparation is handled by a certified safe-food handling chef in a Mississippi Department of Health inspected facility. Most of our items are prepared from scratch using only the freshest and finest ingredients available. Items are prepared using in-house recipes or recipes provided by the clients to meet their specific needs. Food is presented in appealing manner. Custom cakes and desserts are also prepared in-house when they are requested from a wedding, anniversary, and birthday cakes, or items such as baklava, pusharatas, tiramisu, etc.

Buffet dinner for 45 which lasted 2 hours. Setup for 2 hours prior to event. Carol is very professional to work with. The food presentation was excellent and tasted fabulous. The event food buffet setup and staff looked very upscale and was well received. The decorated buttercream cake and truffle table favors were excellent as well. The china look plates and "silver" utensils provided a special touch. I would definitely recommend Carol for future events.

I've used Carol before, so I knew it was a no-brainer to ask her to make some gluten-free desserts for our Thanksgiving family meal. The cakes are yummy! I highly recommend Carol to you if you need a caterer.

Carol was AMAZING to say the least!!! She is the ultimate professional! I was tasked to plan a holiday event for an estimated 750 people. Not only did she deliver but she made my life easy, while working with our budget. Everyone loved the food and there was more than enough for everyone that attended with leftovers. The food was seasoned perfectly. I will definitely work with Carol again. So glad I found her!

Our organization decided to bring our Board of Trustees to Gulf Hills in Ocean Springs for a retreat. We had a lot planned for them, but on this particular day we needed lunch catered in. I found Carol's profile and read through her reviews. They were all great so I scheduled a 'tasting'. Carol drove to meet my administrator (at her sisters home), and she loved Carol and her food. Needless to say it was delicious and she is an absolute gem to work with! Carol is awesome. She made everything run smoothly. She did exactly what she promised and I appreciate that.

Carol provided a small family meal for my best friend following the birth of her baby. Since I live in Atlanta and could not help her myself, I looked for a local caterer and happened upon Carol Roch. I was delighted that she was willing to take on such a small job. She gave me several different meal ideas, which was greatly appreciated. And her pricing was right in line with what I was expecting to spend. I went with chicken Parmesan, buttered carrots, Caesar salad, garlic bread and German chocolate cake for dessert - she delivered the meal to their home, right on time, and even contacted my friend's husband to ensure everything went smoothly. My friend and her family loved the meal, and the surprise. :) And Carol was very professional and friendly. I enjoyed working with her. I would definitely recommend her services!!!
