- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
From 2008 - 2010 I took courses both for the Graduate Realtor Institute's GRI designation and for the ABR designation. Every year I am required to take 12 hours or more of continuing education.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of jobs I perform are listing and marketing (using internet and television) Montana real estate and writing Montana real estate contracts for my real estate buyers.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I want to emphasize that Montana real estate contracts are a legal document and can be drawn-up/written by professional realtors; in many states lawyers are the only professionals allowed to write real estate contracts. Please be very careful who you choose, in any state, to write your real estate contract; your contract becomes a legally-binding document. Ask your real estate agent how many contracts he/she has written. Take your time choosing your agent.
