Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Know what your budget is and ask for guidance if you are not sure what you want. Have you gathered together ideas? If so, do you have a color palette in mind? Whoever you utlimately choose to assist you with your project, make sure you are both in agreement with what you want and your feel confident that your needs will be met.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Custom work is not for everyone. It can get expensive. There are ways to stay within your budget but you need to speak up and let your consultant know your concerns.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How long have you been in business?
Are you affilliated with any professional and / or trade associations?
