Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. When hiring a carpet cleaner I recommend that you consider 3 different things: What kind of cleaning products are used, what kind of method is used and what kind of cleaning do they specialize in. You want to make sure your carpet cleaner is a good fit for your specific needs. For example, baby and pet safe, commercial, pet urine etc.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Do your research. What most people don't understand about carpet cleaning is that not all methods are the same. For a standard residential carpet you always want to choose steam cleaning or hot water extraction because it is recommended by all major carpet manufacturers. You have to be careful when choosing other methods because many of them are abrasive to the carpet fibers and can even void the carpet manufacture's warranty.

What kind of method do you use?
Can you provide reference from past clients?
Do you offer specialty services such as stain removal, pet treatments, upholstery and tile cleaning?
