I have a one year warranty, even when I just remove a virus. I take measures to make sure you will be happy for a long time coming. I typically let my customers keep the antivirus software and set it up to automatically update and scan. I warranty my work and I think it says a lot about me that I am willing to drive back to a site on my own dime to make it right it wasn't right the first time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Experience counts for more than certifications. It doesn't necessarily take an A+, Network+, or MCITP certified person to remove viruses, tune up PCs, or fix internet connections so why spend $150.00 an hour for one when a guy with ten years experience can do the same job for half the price or less
