Introduction: Hello I’m Jay. I’ve been an Automotive Repair Technician & Customer Service Specialist for over 15 years. I started in high school Auto Tech class and then on into UTI-Orlando for my remaining auto repair training, having spent the past 10 years holding management level positions within several of the well known large repair chains. Additionally, I am a Handyman Business Owner & Operator and have for almost 4 years now, having gained experience and training while working with and being taught by my wife and her impressively experienced, knowledgeable and talented family. Her 3 brothers with their loving father, who’s reputation in this area has been highly respected and regarded by his many clients during his 30+ years as a true Master of his craft and a legend in the field. All of whom are unbelievably skilled and equipped with an unmatched work ethic that is the clear reason why they are recognized as some of the best in the business, not hard to believe their family has been performing this work for generations and proud to keep that up for generations to come.
