Introduction: With almost a decade of experience training clients from all walks of life, I've had the privilege to train high school and division one athletes and teams as well as working with cancer survivors, diabetics, and senior populations in one on one and group settings. I am a NASM certified Personal trainer and Performance Enhancement Specialist, TRX certified instructor, CF-L1,USAW and a master trainer in exercise for cancer survivors as well as foundations of strength and conditioning (this means I teach classes and lead seminars certifying new trainers to teach!). Having the ability to work with multiple types of populations means I get to work with so many unique and amazing individuals. I love meeting so many incredible clients and getting to be a part of their health and fitness journey. When my clients see the results of their hard work I am just as excited as they are.

Joseph is a personal trainer. I came to him wanting to get into better shape, as I appear fit I am not nearly as fit as I think I should be. Joseph is kind and able to keep the fire to my back side at the same time. Joseph has a wealth of knowledge in regards to physical fitness.

Joseph Hart is an outstanding fitness trainer! He really knows his stuff, and takes great care to make sure you understand and can achieve proper form for each exercise. Instead of a one-size -fits-all program, which many trainers offer, he develops a customized program for each individual, based on your abilities and goals. He is also easily accessible between sessions to answer any questions or problems that come up. He is enthusiastic and supportive, with a positive attitude and a good sense of humor. I think anyone, whether a complete novice or an experienced athlete, would enjoy and benefit from working with him.

My experience with Joseph as my personal trainer was fun, helpful, and rewarding. He communicates well, thoroughly understands the process, and is fun to be with. I would highly recommend Joseph for personal training.

Joseph has been my personal trainer for almost 2 years. I have worked with numerous trainers , and he is the best trainer I have ever had. He is very flexible with scheduling. When we work out, he is attentive and watches my form. He has learned my limits, and respects them while challenging me. His work outs are varied and creative. We rarely do the same routine twice. He has worked with me on high intensity training, and I have seen results. I can not recommend him highly enough!
