Introduction: Other companies like mine primarily offer web based, virtual office support available nationally or internationally and while minimizing support tasks for the client, in order for this type of working relationship to be possible, there is still clerical work needed. We prefer to be more localized so that we can interact with our clients personally, face to face and offer services in their office or virtually and prevent as much clerical work for them as possible. Our web designs include photography done locally and published and marketed nationally or internationally as the business requires. Everything we do is tailored for each client, there are no set boundaries for what we will or won't do for their professional office to function at the most efficient level possible. With years of experience in high executive levels for AT&T and DirecTV and years of experience as a small business owner, we are also able to offer advice and fresh perspective to the everyday grind of your business that often helps sky rocket opportunities available and potential profits. Watching businesses flourish in this economy because they were able to focus more on growing their company than having to do all the support work themselves.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I have a very diverse work history, a result of balancing life's ups and downs with building a career to support my family. Through all of it, I never quite found complete satisfaction in my work. Now I know what was missing. It feels great to be successful and while I can do that in whatever I try to do, it feels even better to help others be successful. While working for investors, rehabbing houses, I found that it was very rewarding not only to do a good job and be praised for that but to hear about how successful they were in exceeding profit margin goals through the resale of the homes I worked on made it so much better. The concept wasn't lost on me and I realized that something more focused on helping others would give me the job satisfaction I craved and it has!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    You should be setting the rules for how a support services works so it is working for you, not just collecting your money based on their guidelines. Be open to advice, but be wary that the advice isn't designed to up sell you their services. Advice should be thoughtful of your needs not a prelude to a sales pitch and all support services should take work off your shoulders not add clerical steps to accomplish it.
