Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. I have managed many different jobs from small mom and pop business or personal blogs to enterprise level Drupal websites. There is rarely a job to small or large for me or my team.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Definitely shop around. Talk on the phone or in person with the people you are asking to do your website. Ask for references, examples of work. Don't settle for less. A provider with a cheap hourly rate most likely produces a cheap product.

If you want to work with us, we can scope out the work and have a contract for planning and documentation only. If you decided for any reason that you would not like to continue the site build, then you only have to pay for the planning and documentation time and you can take it with you to any other Drupal firm for them to bulid out for you.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. When a web agencies don't always have the specific skills to do some aspects of their clients work. It is far easier for them to pay an independent contractor a premium price for a few hours of specific expert work, then have their own staff attempt it.

When clients get work done by me, they are getting quality focused work dedicated to them. I have a small team of experts in their specific fields that make sure you have best quality website possible.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love being challenged by new clients to try something new or outside the norm. My team and I thrive on learning new development and design techniques that keep us at our peak and also give the client the best product possible

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Many clients looking for websites want to know what the "process" is. After a contract has been created and the first payment is received, the process goes like this:

Planning & Documentation - Before we design a thing, we plan out every feature, nook, and cranny of the site and build out a complete blueprint on how your site will function
Information Architecture - Here we will prototype the site based on the planning documentation. We will be able to see how things work and alter the flow a little if needed.
Design - Our designer will create an initial mockup for the client to review. After a few revisions, the mockup will be produced into a Drupal theme and installed over the prototype
Development - The rest of site building and development will happen now according to planning documentation
Testing - The site will be tested an reviewed by our team and the client.
Training - The client will be trained on how to use and manage the features of the new site
Launch - The site will be pushed live
Maintenance - If the client chooses a support contract, then we will continue to help and maintain the website for the duration of that contract.
