Stanly Remodeling completed a decking and drainage project for us April 2024. Our 15-year old deck had many rotting boards and needed work. The final project specs included removing the entire decking surface and replacing with composite, replace any rotted or compromised joists and improve structural support under the deck. We had several quotes for the work and our choices came down to Stanly Remodeling and one other. However, Arod’s on-sight assessment of our options concerning the needs of the deck combined with a competitive quote tipped the scales. It has been a pleasure to work with him throughout the entire project. I loved how he kept us informed on the progress of the project from start to finish. I never had to guess when or if something was going to happen or not. It rained for two days straight when the work was planned, so the project was delayed. This rain and delay was very fortuitous. We live on a sloping hill and the rain reminded me that we had a long-standing drainage problem under the deck. I asked Arod if he was able to offer a solution while the deck floor was removed. We discussed options and he added on the additional work and picked up drain and supplies that same day, despite his busy schedule and pending next job. It poured today and water gushed through the French drain instead of creating the usual river under the deck and along the foundation of the house as before. It worked perfectly. All for a reasonable cost that did not break our budget. Arod also took a personal hand in the work, putting finishing touches on the deck that I would not have thought of. He did not just hand everything off to a 3rd party crew, but was present and managed the project each step of the way. He was extremely responsive to our requests. questions, and changes or adjustments as the work progressed. I truly felt that he wanted to make sure we were happy with the work. The new decking is gorgeous, has added structural integrity, and an unexpected and much appreciated French drain! We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Arod and his team.

Arod and the crew did a great job installing a couple of windows for us where no openings existed previously. He kept us updated with the order status of the windows (which were custom sized and had to be made) and showed up as expected and did a great job start to finish. I would highly recommend Arod and Stanley for any of your remodeling needs

Arod did a fabulous job cutting a window opening and installing it with a window. He also shared some of his invaluable window knowledge in relation to some of my other windows with seals that have failed that resulted in me getting the glass replaced in those windows for free (they were under warranty). Don't hesitate in hiring Arod. If something isn't to your utmost satisfaction, he will make it right! And he will beat out the big box companies on price. Highly recommend!
