- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We always offer free estimates, and 2 year labor warranty. We know that without our customers we can't do the job we love. We want to be able to meet with customers to be sure they have the most accurate quote as possible. We want to make sure we address all issues pertaining to their plumbing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out investigate the issue. We find out what the customers needs are. We offer solutions for the best outcome.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been on the job trained for the past 25+ years. I grew up around plumbing, my dad is also a plumber.
