A. I recommend that customers choose a provider who...
- understands their vision well enough to repeat it back to them

- is willing to stay in the process with them to ensure complete satisfaction
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. Having a clear purpose and vision for their web presence is vital for customers to get the most from a professional. Interviews are helpful, but if a customer does not have a clear vision for the website they will wind up settling for less than they should.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I enjoy my clients the most. They are truly a delight to work with and bring a dimension to my life that would be terribly missed if it were not present. Each client has their own story that comes from their unique journey through life. As I listen to them and hear what they have learned along the way, my life grown richer.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. Prospective customers always want to know how much a new website will cost. Because I do custom work, it is often difficult to answer their question before discovering the scope of the project. I do, however, provide a detailed proposal with pricing disclosed once the project is outlined to the client's specifications.

A. My greatest strengths include:
