While appreciated that Sandy’s Paradise Cleaning was quick to respond to a last minute request and offered a price far more reasonable than others, I was disappointed that, despite providing the address, it had to be reconfirmed on the day of the cleaning. This resulted in the crew arriving far later than the time that was committed to, inconveniencing the owner. As well, because, as a realtor, I was hiring this crew to clean a clients’s home in preparation for a showing, I paid without having seen the job that was done. When I arrived to do the Open House I found cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, which then resulted in negative comments from other Realtors about the showing condition of the house.
