Israel and his assistant were amazing. I have already been recommending Lopez Painting to my coworkers and friends. Israel was very communicative and friendly. He quickly responded to me and soon came out to do an estimate where he really took his time looking at the area and discussing specifics with me. He was able to fit me in his schedule quickly. The day of the job he and his assistant arrived on time and were very clean, professional, and pleasant. The job was completed in a timely manner. The price was fair and affordable as well. Israel and his assistant did a nice job of staining my deck, power washing the sunroom exterior and painting the interior of our house. He was very good about scheduling and communicating too. His prices are good for the quality of work he does. I’ve hired him to do two other bigger jobs.

I found Mr. Lopez on Thumbtack and following his same day :) quote, hired him. He painted my kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms and all of my downstairs ceilings. He did an amazing job, in a timely fashion. Always on time, he started and finished when he said he would. He, and his, crew were friendly and engaging and answered all of my many questions!! I would definitely hire them again.

Israel was very honest and did everything that i asked him to do neatly and professionally regarding painting my home. He was dedicated to doing a good job and to making sure that I liked his work when he was finished. He even suggested that if I didn’t like something after it was dry that he would come back to repaint it which was very thoughtful of him. I appreciate everything that he has done to help my house look more beautiful. I will be rehiring him very soon to paint another part of my home as I am very impressed with his work ethics and his caring spirit. If you go with this company you will Not be disappointed at all! He works hard and will give you the desired look that you want for your home. I’m very new to thumbtack and was very skeptical about using anyone on here but I’m glad that I got someone honest who did what he said he was going to do!! Thank you Israel!!! 🙌🏽

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am always willing to negotiate, and return customers will ALWAYS recieve a discount as well as when they refer me to a friend.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will ask what it is you are wanting and ask if you have any questions for me, I will come out and provide a free estimate and after that we can hopefully start working together.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Nothing is better then experience. I have almost 8 years of experience.
