- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had done this type photography as a hobby. About 15 years ago a friend who was hosting home lingerie parties asked if i would be interested in doing photos for people in their new lingerie. After I did someone's photos, they referred me to their friends. People have photos taken as gifts for a special person, and many times just for themselves.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I do photos for individuals and couples, and do a fairly balanced percentage of both. While I do lingerie, boudoir, semi-nudes, and nudes, most customers may begin with a few lingerie shots, but most do semi-nudes and nudes. For most of my clients in their first photo shoot, this is something different and new for them, but something they really want to do.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I wish they would come to me first - for several reasons. I am a photographer who specializes in lingerie, semi-nude and nudes. My only role is photographer, and that is my only interest. My quality is excellant, and prices very very reasonable. I do almost all of my shoots at the person's home, where they feel more relaxed. I try to get the type photos that the client is seeking, and value their input in shot selection.
