Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Always use a licensed locksmith company. Be sure the are insured. Talk to the company to be sure they know their business and are able to help you understand what you need and what they can do for you.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Locksmiths should know their work inside and out, it is not work that should be done as a part time occupations. Locksmiths sould be able to help with advise even befor they get to the job and should be able to clearly explain to you what the can do for you.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Are you licensed? Is your work guarenteed? Can I get an Estimate over the phone ansd if you need to come out for an estimate is it free.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. What is your special needs. If rekeys, how many lock and if they use a key just outside or inside and out. If other work what is the exact nature of the problem and what results would you like to see.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being able to help people with their needs with quality work that will protect them, their families and the property.
Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?
A. Locksmith dream: My daughter had a bad habit for a time of locking herself out of her car. After having to let her in many time and giving her extra keys so she would not lock herself out, she again called and was locked out. I went to let her in, walked up to the car and low and behold the passangers window was rolled all the way down. The closest I have ever come to some one being locked out or their convertible car with the top down!!
