Billy Cuthrell may have had a rough start while starting his business, but that didn't stop him from climbing all the way to the top. Progressive Music Center has been providing fun, interesting and comprehensive music lessons for over 20 years.
Our current 2012 customer retention rate is 94%, up from 60% in 2001 and up from 73% in 2007, so we are listening and learning all the time what our customer's needs are, and putting what we learn in place and growing from it. We also have students who have been taking lessons with us for 10 or more years so we think that says volumes for our customer loyalty and how great our staff is.
