FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Adult group classes at CHICLE are $20/hour. Courses are usually 8 weeks long, and are either 1.5 hours or 2 hours per week (for a total of $240 or $320 plus materials). Private adult classes are $50/hour, scheduled to meet your needs and designed for your goals. We currently offer group classes in Spanish, English, German, French and Russian, and have teachers ready in Italian, Japanese, Mandarin, Arabic and more - just send us an email, and let us set the class up for you!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

CHICLE started out teaching Spanish, and it is still one of the largest programs we have. CHICLE offers Spanish classes for adults and children during the week and on weekends. We use an in-house curriculum designed by our teachers, and our classes are capped at 10 people, so there's always lively discussion - not boring lectures. Recently our ESL program has been growing by leaps and bounds, and we're hoping to continue to expand our offerings there as well!

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The rapport between teacher and student is one of the most important parts of classroom success. Try out a class before you commit to a whole course, or make sure you've checked out the curriculum before signing up - the best schools and teachers want you to succeed just as much as you do and will be right there to help you out.
