DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I found DrMobiles in NC shortly after cracking my iPad glass, and sent it in for repair. A month later it was sent back with the glass repaired, but not seated flush inside the frame and coming apart in the bottom corner. During the course of the repair the technician admitted to severing a wifi antenna. He assured me it was fixed, but upon receipt I discovered it was not. I sent it back and after another month I was told that the wifi problem was fixed yet AGAIN, however, the frame was broken and the glass could not be seated flush. The technician then informed me he was going out of the country and wouldn't be able to complete the repair. He offered to send my product back in pieces so I could take it to another repair company. I told him to return the product assembled so I could check that the wifi issues were resolved. Upon receipt of the iPad the wifi still wouldn't discover or hold a wifi signal outside a 10ft radius from my router. Further attempts to contact DrMobiles over the last 1 1/2 months have been unsuccessful. I eventually had to take the broken iPad to the Apple store and get it replaced.

Thanks for saving my iPhone. These guys really came through in the clutch. I called them on a Sunday but they were closed. I left a voicemail stating that I was leaving town the next day and desperately needed a screen repair. To my surprise the technician on call actually called me back. He then came to my location and repaired the phone. All in all it was a really good experience. Took him about 30 minutes to do the repair. Hopefully, I won't be a dumb*** again in the future and drop my phone, but if I do I'll definitely give them a call.

Can't believe that I dropped my iPad but I'm glad that I found DrMobiles. First I contacted Apple but they wanted to charge me an outrageous fee to replace the screen on my iPad. I then searched around the net for local service shops. DrMobiles was easy to talk with and they were able to successfully replace the screen on my iPad for less than half the price that Apple wanted to charge. I'm sure there are other services like DrMobiles but whatever you do don't go directly through Apple.
