Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Don't always hire the cheapest guy.....it will most likely turn into a headache for you as you learn that they left something out of their scope. You will ultimately suffer one or more of the following problems.

1. Change Order! They'll ask for more money.
2. Bad Workmanship: Instead of stopping to fix their error, they might try to just cut a corner and leave you with a mediocre to horrible job in order to maintain their profit margin.
3. Argument: You see that things aren't panning out as you'd envisioned. Then, you're stuck in an argument with a guy who's people skills are 5th grade level at best.

Moral of the story: paying an extra 5 or 10 percent is worth missing out on one of these three experiences. Look for value and competence along with a reasonable price.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Creating. There's not much in the world that is more satisfying than taking a space, and turning it from total chaos into something orderly and beautiful.

A. What does the T1 stand for in T1 Earthcare?

It is an old Hebrew word Tzedekah. It blends the meaning of our English words Justice and Charity. It's hard to describe Tzedekah in just a few sentences, but to make it quick, there were 7 levels of Tzedekah, and the highest level is to allow someone to become financially independent. That is what providing work does for people, and that is a big part of why this business exists.
