Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Make sure to find and read reviews about the company, I think this is one of the most important steps you can do before moving on with anything else. Look in multiple sites like Google reviews, Angie's List, Thumbtack, Yelp etc.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. How long has the company been in business, are they insured and proof of any work if none here.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. The professional service and quality from our A PLUS team is something that you will need to try to understand. We take pride in everything we do, and if you are not satisfied we will return and fix anything we missed. Our reviews prove it.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Being outdoors, the smell of fresh cut grass, seen a lawn go from worst on the block to best on the block. The happy faces of our customers, it just makes my day.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How soon can we stop by to provide them with a quote. We try to provide all of our quotes within 24 hours, there are times we provide our quote the same day.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. As a part time hobby and it became a career and a passion for the outdoor and sharing your knowledge helping others.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. We are always learning about our industry, so we can provide a better service, quality of work and hopefully a better price.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Don't do it for the money, do it because you love it. There are times when is going to be so hard that unless you love it you will quit, or do a poor job for a customer.
