Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Make sure you have a prioritized list of what you would like done so when they arrive they can get straight to work. And always make the list longer then what you think they can do. We would rather leave one or two things on your list not done then waste your paid time with looking for something to do. If you prioritize your list then those most important thing are done first.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We don't limit what we can do for the client. From picking up dry cleaning to walking the dog to cleaning out your garage. We do almost anything. We can custom create a service just for you!

Each one of our employees is personable, courteous, self-motivated, and hard-working. Additionally each is trained in cleaning techniques that enhance thoroughness and efficiency.

For special cases, e.g. larger homes and offices, we have established teams with three to four cleaners.

We carry basic-all purpose cleaners. Please supply specialty cleaners for thing such as hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, polishing silver, water/rust stains, etc. If you would prefer us not to use our cleaners at all just let us know.

A. We help clients do all the stuff they need/want done but don't have time to do.

A pregnant mom beam because we made the bottom of her shower shine because she just can't reach.

A mom & dad who both work outside the house and just can get that deep cleaning scheduled in.

An elderly couple who don't want to have to worry about picking up groceries & weekly cleaning.

An excited host who is about to throw a party and cleaning is now something they don't have to do last minute.

A new mom and dad who want to being their baby home to a clean house and groceries in the fridge.

A surgery patient who needs more than just cleaning done while they recoup.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. 1.Where do we service?

The Triangle. We service 30 miles outside of the 27513 zip code. Service offered outside of covered area may require additional fee.

2.How many people will you send to my house?

Fast Forward usually sends a team of two to do your chores.

If you wanted 4 hours you would get 2 people for 2 hours.

We do this so that you may still get your provided hours but we are invading your space a shorter amount of time.

3.Will the same person always clean my house?

We make every attempt to schedule the same person to work with an established client. However, if that employee is out sick or otherwise unavailable we will substitute another employee unless the client instructs us otherwise.

4.Do you use my cleaning supplies?

5.Are your cleaners environmentally safe?

We have worked to balance environmental concerns with cleaning effectiveness. And whenever possible we use environmentally safe and green cleaning products.

If you'd prefer us to use only environmentally safe products in your home, you can request that we do so.

6.What is your cancellation policy?

We ask that give us more than a 24 hour notice. In some instances you might not be able to do so. We will excuse the "first time emergency", after which we will charge a 20% cancellation fee of the service scheduled. This fee will have to be paid before the next service is scheduled.
