A. Video production is more than just running a camera. It involved writing skills for scripting; it involved lighting; it involves graphic design; it involves audio engineering. Does the person/firm you are considering have expertise in all these areas? A video with poor audio or lighting is a poor video, no matter what the camera and editing skills of the person doing the work.
A. Can they light the shoot for proper video capture?
Can they record, mix and process audio to get a great sounding video?
If they are shooting for a web-based video, are they shooting progressive video instead of interlaced?
