Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I look at the whole relationship between the family and the animal and start by building a foundation of understanding between them before trying to modify a specific problem behavior. Once there is a solid foundation of obedience and trust, I help the owners teach the dog different coping skills so that they can be successful in difficult situations. I help both the dog and owner learn what they should be doing rather than what they are doing wrong. This builds confidence and leads to success. The joy I feel when one of my clients reaches their goals. I save every email and card saying "Thank you".

Val and the instructors at Pet Behavior Help have brought me to a whole new place of peace and fun with my dog, Riley. He was highly reactive to other dogs, but through private lessons, obedience and tricks classes we were able to build my management skills and his confidence. That work allowed us to move into agility classes where we are having a blast now as a novice team, with Riley able to easily work off leash around types of other dogs! Val and her team have always had Riley's best interest at heart and their patience, persistance and encouragement have made learning fun and productive. I highly recommend Val for private behavioral work, and all levels of classes offered at Pet Behavior Help.

She is the best instructor I have ever trained with. Outstanding classes. Val's knowledge is amazing. One is completely prepared to compete at any level.

I have been training under Val's tutelage for over 10 years. I reached the highest level of agility competition with my FIRST agility dog under her instruction and coaching in about 3 years. Her group obedience program is targeted for a well-rounded and fun furry family member. Val's behavioral counseling are superb and tailored to you and your dog's needs and environment. I would recommend a one-on-one counseling or group training session anytime.

Wonderful---my dogs have are always happy when we drive in the driveway. Excellent instruction. I have been motivated by Val to accomplish my goals for my dogs. Val always went beyond my expectations. The only improvements I would want, are fix the driveway and have more local trials and events. ':)"

We're looking around for a puppy training class in a reasonably convenient location. Val responded the same day with information about this, and an open invitation to check back with her once we acquire our puppy. Couldn't ask for more.
