Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Look for someone that has been doing this for a number of years and plans to be in business long into the future. I have heard many times from customers "we used to use this person but their phone number is disconnected".
When you call our number now or five years from now, you will either get us on the line or be able to leave a voice message and we'll call you back.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Ask to see a copy of their license, insurance, and then call to verify each with the appropriate entity. Then check your local Better Business Bureau to check on their current rating. The BBB posts these ratings on their website. The ratings range from 'A+' at the high end down to 'F' at the low end.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. I really enjoy helping homeowners solve the problems of how to care for their home. My goal is for clients to think of me as their 'contractor for life'. I encourage my clients to call me or email me anytime for advice even it is a service we don't offer, I like to try and help clients find the right person to help them maintain, repair, and make improvements to their biggest investment, their house.
