Maureen I was taken by surprise to see this low rating that I am not used to.I delivered to you the same professional service as I have done to my previous clients. I do have integrity and maybe the babysitting fees that you received was not waived as you had requested may have been the spot that spoiled this rating. But babysitting fees are taxable and am so sorry that your returns did not come out as you expected. Integrity is my life.
