Credentials include being a certified residential appraiser and FHA-approved appraiser for North Carolina and South Carolina covering Mecklenburg, Union, Cabarrus, Iredell, Lincoln and Gaston counties in NC and York and northern Lincoln counties in SC.
In addition, we are a CVR specialist (collateral valuation). These reports are the appraisers' answer to BPO and AVM products. They are performed by a certified appraiser giving credibility to the reports.
