- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we do. We also know that each business is different and everything that we do is custom fit to meet each individual merchants needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If you already accept credit cards, then we will ask for a "current merchant statement." This way we can do a full cost analysis, from here we can start the conversation and we can learn about each other to see if we will be a good fit for your type of business.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, weekly conference calls as well as national training's. We have incredible sales awards, including cash, gifts and trips. AGMS is always available online and are here to help advance any of our sales professionals and continue to educate our team associates at AGMS.
