Fite's Installation and Repair is the company you want to handle your repairs. They are very professional and dependable. The one thing I like about this company is that they are comitted to satisfying the customer.

Mr. Fite and his crew are horrible. Mr. Fite was hired to install crown molding and tile in my home. Mr. Fite was fully paid in fully and on-time. I later learned that the crown molding was installed incorrectly as well as the tile which is now cracking up along with the grout. Mr. Fite came to my home and admitted that he installed the crown molding upside down and that the grout was cracking up. Mr. Fite agreed to fix the crown molding and tile at his expense. As Mr. Fite started repairs, I was not pleased with what he was doing. He was re-using the crown molding that he had just pulled off my walls and the cuts were not matching up correctly. After I advised Mr. Fite of my concerns, he stated that he was not coming back to my home. Now there are holes in my walls from where Mr. Fite pulled down my crown molding and the tiles are still cracking up. Mr. Fite clearly does not know what he is doing and was only interested in the money, now I am left with a home with repairs that are needed. I would never use Mr. Fite again and I would certainly caution those who are thinking of hiring him. He said that he guaranteed his work, but he has failed to follow through. He claims that he is insured, but refuses to provide me with such information. It's clear that Mr. Fite is only in business for the money and is not a man of integrity or professionalism. KB

This is a total misrepresentation of the facts. I have been in business 26 years and before I started my own business I was a union carpenter. Ms. Baron rants and raves but at the end of the job she stated that she was satisfied signed the invoice and said she was excited about the remodel. She contacted us two weeks later stating that not only did she want more money than we were paid but she wanted the crown replaced for free. We attempted to satisfy her but she began to threaten us irrationally. This is unfortunate because we take pride in our work and customer service is our number one goal.

Ask all questions up front, get recommendations, ask for pictures and if possible ask to speak to a prior client who same work has been performed.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Cutting corners, cuts quality, cheap is not better, don't expect a $Million dollar job, on $10 dollar budget. Quality material and preparation gives the best chance of customer satisfaction.
