- What types of customers have you worked with?
We handle a large amount of office caterings in and around the Charlotte area. Most of these jobs are lunches, although we've recently been able to break into the breakfast market somewhat. In addition to that, our increasing online presence has exposed us to a fair amount of weddings, private parties, and larger company events.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't go in blind. Your event is obviously important to you, or you would have called Domino's. Take the time to read customer reviews, have a look at some jobs a company has completed in the past, and don't accept a company which is not responsive to your needs. For your important event, a complimentary tasting should never be out of the question.
