I give great attention detail but I love to have fun with food; innovation and trendy meals as well. I'm not afraid to push the envelope on a great dining experience. Something I love the most about cooking and culinary is seeing the excitement and enjoyment on peoples' faces when they taste my food and when they go for the last bite and look for seconds.
