- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching and learning more about the culinary industry. Our goal is to grow with the culinary industry, ensuring knowledge about using local foods and sustainability as well as other evolving local trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking has always been a passion of mine. My father is a chef and has worked all over North Carolina, from the infamous Biltmore Estate in Ashville NC to Cajun Queen in Charlotte NC. Cooking is in my blood and it gives me joy to see my clients giddy with joy!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do wedding receptions, birthday parties, baby showers, corporate events etc. Big or Small we cater them all!!!
