everyday is continuing education for me, I am always reading new cookbooks,studying new techniques and trying to make food healthier and more delicious for my family of clients.You will very seldom ever walk into our family home and not find the Cooking Channel on at least one TV

I prepare weekly meals for their family. I also provide temporary meal services for people who are recovering from hospital stays, new babies,life changes
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I have been making a lot of meals lately for people who are healing from health events in their lives. When I can use my talent to help people to get stronger and healthier, it is like a gift to me.Helping a new mother feed her family and nourish herself is an amazing feeling.
