- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have standard pricing and the customer can contact us.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial goal is to determine the customer's ultimate need. This is done by analyzing the property/building. The customer is then asked a series of questions to understand any unique needs or requests. Scheduling is finalized. Team arrives on scheduled day to clean. A walk through is conducted to ensure customer is satisfied. Any touchups needed are performed then re-inspected by customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree and ensure that processes are in place to provide a quality clean. All employees are trained on work off of a task sheet that provides specifics as to what is to be cleaned. I am also prior military and believe in order.
