Introduction: I offer desktop and laptop upgrade and repair. I'm Microsoft and CompTIA certified. I do Windows XP, Vista, and Windows 7 and 8. I've been experienced and proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining desktops and laptops for over 10 years and five years in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting of high-tech laser copiers, and refurbishing CRT monitors and LCDs. I have a fundamental proficiency in HTML, Visual Basic 2010, Java and Microsoft 2010 Professional Suite. I have additionally acquired multiple IT certifications as freelance laptop, desktop PC, and laser printer repair technician. I've provided single point of contact for end users and consumers.
