Gary has assisted me on at least 10 different occasions with computer problems I have had. He has helped me with everything from email problems, network problems, hardware problems, slow running computers, crashed computers, etc. He has even restored computers from the dead and saved me tons of money in replacement costs by fixing my computers. He has worked on 7 different computers for me and done numerous other computer fixes for me. He has ALWAYS responded in a VERY timely manner (usually within minutes) and ALWAYS been able to fix my problems. He has helped me in person as well as remotely. He has always been VERY reasonable with his cost structure and always been patient, friendly and polite.

Gary Hopkins has helped me on many occasions with anything from correcting issues with my computer when a virus attacked to installing new programs (it would take to long to list it all). every time he was professional, knowledgeable & friendly (even when the issue was because of operator error).
