Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Ask questions! You are entrusting your money and expensive equipment in the hands of someone you may have never met. Also make sure they have had a background screening.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. How to prevent my computer from slowing down. If a customer has an inexpensive PC Tune Up every few months their computer would consistently run like new.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Are they industry certified? How much experience do they have? Do they have photos of their work?

An absolute gem of a company! We got a phone call from their office manager, who is a sweetheart of a lady, just to let us know about their services and to see if they could bring us a flyer. We were getting quotes to get 6 voice and network cables installed at the time. The technician came by at around 2PM to drop off a flyer and we got the best quote from him right on the spot. To top it all off he did the install THE SAME DAY! He had all the cables ran and connected to our switch by 5pm! We also needed a TV mounted in the waiting room and we were unaware that they even did that. The tech saw the TV and the bracket we bought on the floor as he was leaving and asked if we needed it mounted. He got his office manager to send us a quote and within 45 minutes it was up. Thank you guys so much. Anyone would be hard pressed to find better service!

JJ and his team have been providing remote helpdesk support to our small business for several years now. They have always been professional and fast.
